I absolutely loved the Moving Mountains Mist for my labour, and so have the friends I have shared it with for their labours. The smell is simultaneously grounding, and refreshing: the perfect balance for labour support. I love how this spray is so portable, as opposed to an oil that requires a diffuser. This spray can go wherever the labouring person is- hospital, home or birth centre. I also used it prenatally while listening to my hypnobirthing recordings, to deepen my connection to the relaxation techniques. Smelling the spray during labour would take me right back to that relaxed  meditation state. I also used it in the postpartum when I was exhausted and needed a little pick me up. This is a great medicine, and would make a sweet gift for any pregnant person.
